Corporate Secretary

The Corporate Secretary assists the Board of Directors in ensuring the company’s compliance with capital market regulations, and ensures that the Board of Directors is always informed about changes to capital market regulations and their implications to the company.

Andy Revianto

CORPORATE SECRETARY

Andy Revianto was appointed as Corporate Secretary effective as of April 1, 2023, by virtue of the Board of Directors Resolution dated March 31, 2023. Andy is succeeded by Maharani Djody Putri effective as of January 1, 2026 based on the Board of Directors Resolution dated October 30, 2025. Andy, who was born in Jakarta on July 2, 1985, previously served as Corporate Secretary from January 1 to October 30, 2019, before he was assigned for 18 months to Philip Morris Products S.A., in Lausanne, Switzerland, as part of the Digital & Privacy Law. Since November 2015 until now, Andy has also served as the Legal Counsel at Sampoerna. He started his career with the Company in 2011 where he first served as the Regulatory Affairs Executive. He was subsequently entrusted to hold more senior positions in the External Affairs Department, namely External Affairs Strategy & Planning Supervisor as well as External Relations & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

Maharani Djody Putri​

CORPORATE SECRETARY

Maharani Djody Putri appointed as Corporate Secretary, effective as of January 1, 2026, based on the Board of Directors' Decree dated October 30, 2025, replacing her predecessor, Andy Revianto. Indonesian citizen born in Jakarta on January 13, 1978, Maharani previously served as Sampoerna’s Corporate Secretary from March 2010 to August 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 2001 and was awarded a full scholarship by the Government of Japan for the International Economic and Business Law Program (Master of Law / LL.M) at Kyushu University, Japan. She obtained her advocate license in 2008. Prior to joining Sampoerna, Maharani worked as one of the lawyers at Lubis, Ganie, Surowidjojo Law Firm (LGS Law Firm). Her career with Sampoerna began in 2008 as Legal Counsel, and she also completed a 12-month assignment at Philip Morris Products S.A., Lausanne, Switzerland, as part of the Marketing & Deployment team.

The main functions of Investor Relations are to build and maintain sound and solid relationships and interactions with related stakeholders, as well as to ensure they have equal access to the company’s material information.

Dyah Surowidjojo

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Dyah Surowidjojo was appointed as Investor Relations on September 1, 2017. Indonesian citizen born in Jakarta on December 15, 1971. She started her career in Sampoerna in 2006 as Planning Manager and expanded her role in Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to her tenure in the Company, she was Strategic Planning Supervisor in Philip Morris Thailand, Planning Analyst in Philip Morris Indonesia and Finance Consultant in KPMG Financial Consultant. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia and Master of Finance Degree from Monash University Australia.
