Sampoerna produces, markets, and distributes cigarettes in Indonesia that include hand-rolled kretek cigarettes (SKT) and machine-made kretek cigarettes (SKM).

Sampoerna also distributes PT Philip Morris Indonesia’s (PMID)'s product Marlboro in Indonesia.

Furthermore, Sampoerna has also conducted limited market tests for the smoke-free innovation products under the IQOS brand since March 2019 to study the market potential and behavior of adult smokers towards IQOS and HEETS tobacco sticks.

Sampoerna also launched a smoke-free product in the form of nicotine pouches that is marketed under the SHIRO by Sampoerna brand in Jakarta and its surroundings.
