Maharani Djody Putri
CORPORATE SECRETARY
Maharani Djody Putri appointed as Corporate Secretary, effective as of January 1, 2026, based on the Board of Directors' Decree dated October 30, 2025, replacing her predecessor, Andy Revianto. Born in Jakarta on January 13, 1978, Maharani previously served as Sampoerna’s Corporate Secretary from March 2010 to August 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 2001 and was awarded a full scholarship by the Government of Japan for the International Economic and Business Law Program (Master of Laws / LL.M) at Kyushu University, Japan. She obtained her advocate license in 2008. Prior to joining Sampoerna, Maharani worked as one of the lawyers at Lubis, Ganie, Surowidjojo Law Firm (LGS Law Firm). Her career with Sampoerna began in 2008 as Legal Counsel, and she also completed a 12-month assignment at Philip Morris Products S.A., Lausanne, Switzerland, as part of the Marketing & Deployment team.

INVESTOR RELATIONS
Dyah Surowidjojo was appointed as Investor Relations on September 1, 2017. Born in Jakarta on December 15, 1971, she earned her master’s degree in Finance from Monash University in Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia. She started her career in Sampoerna in 2006 as Planning Manager, then progressed and expanded her role in Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to her tenure in the company, she worked as Strategic Planning Supervisor for Philip Morris Thailand, Planning Analyst for Philip Morris Indonesia and Finance Consultant for KPMG Financial Consultant.
